Marcus Ribant joined Yorkshire and Stonebridge Manor in May 2018 as the Associate Administrator. He then accepted the position of Administrator at Georgetown and Cambridge in December 2019. Prior to his time with Baruch Senior Ministries, Marcus worked as an Athletic Trainer at Coopersville and Comstock Park High School for 7 years. Marcus obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2011 from GVSU and completed his MBA in Healthcare Administration in 2017 at Tiffin University.
Regardless of the setting, Marcus remains focused on providing personalized quality care. As a healthcare professional it was always his responsibility to identify each individual’s unique needs and provided the necessary personalized care. In doing so, he allowed each person to achieve a better and more joyful life. As Associate Administrator, he hopes to promote this philosophy with his staff to best serve our residents.
Marcus was raised in Flushing, MI before moving to Grand Rapids for college. While at Grand Valley State University he met his wife Katie. In June 2019, they were blessed with twins Owen and Elle. In his spare time, Marcus enjoys playing all types of sports, fishing, biking, and camping.
Erin Clauson joined Baruch Senior Ministries in June 2002 at FountainView of Coopersville. She has held numerous positions at various campuses throughout her 10 years at Baruch including Resident Care Manager and Director of Resident Care. In 2012 Erin moved to New York City and worked at Bellevue Hospital Center as a crisis management team member in the psychiatric department including the forensic department and psychiatric emergency room. In 2018 Erin moved back to the West Michigan area and joined the Georgetown & Cambridge team as the Staffing Director. A year later Erin accepted the position as Associate Administrator here in Grandville. Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Grand Valley State University in 2012.
Erin believes working at Baruch Senior Ministries is a calling and has a passion for ensuring great care for the senior community. Her experience as a caregiver in multiple healthcare settings serves a great foundation for training new and current employees. Erin has enrolled in various continuing education programs such as the American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor Certification in order to further develop our training programs here at Georgetown & Cambridge.
Erin was raised in Coopersville, MI. While living in New York City, Erin adopted a chihuahua named Odin and, now back in the Mid-West, they both enjoy camping and spending time at the lake.
